Chipotle Mexican Grill

"This is the 3rd order in a row where something is missing. This time I ordered a make your own taco kit for my daughter and they omitted the chicken and the tortillas. Previously they’ve forgotten drinks, ingredients, chips, you name it. I can understand it happening once, maybe even twice, but three times is ridiculous."

"OMG! They refused our order because it had a quesadilla too! Whose stupid idea was it to tell customers you only do part of the menu from your app, after standing in your terribly long lines? This place was already mismanaged, extremely dirty, and now this? Chipotle, close it! put this place out of its misery!"

"There are a few chipotle’s closer to me but I always drive to this one. I never like ordering online at any Chipotle so I always choose to go in person. This one is worth it- food is always fresh and they don’t skimp on portions. Lady tonight helping the boy in glasses was fast and really sweet. Love going here."

"This is the third salad I have gotten from this location with barely any lettuce. It seems like they may treat door dash orders differently than in person orders. This is my whole $15-20 salad. Barely half a bowl with the toppings. My partner got more lettuce on his burrito than what was in my salad."

"New location opened up today. Very clean. Great customer service and food tastes great. Plenty of vegan options. **Update: While the first day was great, after that things started going downhill. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT order online to pick up. If you do, then pick up your order an hour later than the time you requested. Because they’re always behind on online orders. Also, the restaurant is not as clean as it was the first day. Tables, counters and condiment/utensil area is dirty. There’s no one cleaning the dining area at all. Maybe due to short staff? I vote that they promote Aimee Mejia to be the new manager."
