Domino's Pizza

"Placed A order on 2/10/2024 food came delivery was fine my original total For my order place was $21. I receive a message today from my bank stating that someone had tipped themselves additional two dollars when I try to call the store directly. Someone picked up the phone did not say hello and left me on the phone line for 14 minutes without saying anything I could hear the orders being placed in the background no one ever came to the phone. This is unacceptable and I just would love an explanation on why my charger was where my card was charged in an additional two dollars."

"Ordered on the app and it said 19 minutes. Then the tracker said 90 minutes! I tried to call and find out what’s going on, but that’s not happening. Of course I didn’t get through. I’ve been in this store before, waiting on a late pizza, and they just laughed when the phone would ring. They don’t care. Funny part is I can’t even cancel my order!! Update: I contacted their customer service. They have you answer some questions to request to speak to someone. I did all that and still haven’t heard anything from them. It’s been over a week and still no refund."

"I ordered a delivery order and I will not be ordering from this location again if my food is going to be just thrown into the box with no care. I just got this order delivered and opened it and saw this. Next time maybe actually care about your customers and not just throw stuff in to the box or have it all messed up when I receive it"

"Wish i could give 0 stars. All of our food was not HOT. The dough was raw. We called the store. And they said they can ‘t do nothing about it since the food just came out of the oven! For some reason the tater tots were burned yikes! We won’t order from here anymore! Customer service needs to improve. They made me feel like i was trying to get something free from them!"

"I typically hate complaining about restaurants but this place sucks. First of all, there was an hour-long wait for my order (the app said it would take ~28 minutes). Granted, they were busy and understaffed, so I'll cut them some slack. Secondly, don't even bother calling them if you want something changed about your order. You're better off driving there and telling them directly because NOBODY answers the phone. Thirdly, the staff have no idea what they are doing. I saw three employees in the store. One was making pizzas, one was at the counter, and the other was standing around the corner for some reason. Lastly, when I finally got my order (a medium crunchy thin crust pizza), it was clearly undercooked and poorly cut. It was floppy and tasted off. In short, just go to another Domino's, this one is terrible."
