"Drove to restaurant ordered 20 wings and fries, waited almost 20 minutes for order. Drove home only to find 1/2 my order. Called and drove back to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to fix it. Drove back home and now 1st order wings and fries are cold. They gave me my10 missing wings and nothing additional for the inconvenience or my time. Very poor service and you did not make it right if I already paid for it."

"I have been coming here often and this is the first time I have had a problem. I ordered 20 chickenwings that apparently doesnt come with ranch. Who gets chicken with no dipping sauce? I have gotten ranch the previous times but this was a first. I also ordered a large okra, now the other times I have came the large okra came in the SAME size container as the wings. TODAY the quantity was minimal. I am disappointed to say the least."

"While ordering, someone from the back came up to tell the cashier that “the grill was off.” The cashier said that was fine and continued taking our order. This was one and a half hours before closing. Our order for four people took 45 minutes to prepare. No apology was given. While it was being prepared, I heard a conversation from the back about forgetting to toss some of the wings in a sauce. Someone said, “it’s ok, just throw them in here.” Half of my wings had no sauce on them at all. The dining room was dirty and had a terrible smell. I will never return."
