"Foods pretty good I can't tell stuff is expensive anymore if you look at the one picture of the burgers pretty small for big double but that's the way life is now. It's my first time to do this we're not from around here so for a quick Burger it was nice. I got a peach specialty milkshake there's like a full slice of peach!"

"not only did i get a cup with a hole in it and got all over me and my car, this is what my food looked like when i opened it up, it looks like someone’s left over cookout tray, what’s up w the chicken looking like someone didn’t want it and just put it in my tray lol?"

"As you can see in the photo, they didn’t give us 2 large drinks as on the receipt (pictured). I do not know what it is about Cook Out, but the customer service is always TERRIBLE. Always. And they like to rush you at the drive thru speaker, but forget the menu is a mess. It’s not customer service friendly. No wonder this chain hasn’t grown out of the South. The Midwest and Northeast won’t tolerate your bad customer service, that I can tell you."

"Ordered a double burger tray with Cajun fries and this is what I got. Barely any fries and burger was made wrong the first time I had to send it back. This is the second time I have come to this cookout and second time I have been disappointed. Why is this cookout so awful?"

"This location was great until around October 2022. Now, it's like a gamble if I'm going to get good food or low quality food. The chicken tenders and fries are really inconsistent, with the chicken half the time having barely any meat. I get two sides of fries but you wouldn't know it from these pictures."
