Wendy's 2801 Boyer Street, Charlotte, NC 28208

"Came for a quick stop in the drivethru. When I got to the box to order I waited a full 5 mins until they asked us to come inside since they were in the middle of a shift change. Thought it was silly but went in. Waited 15mins inside without anyone helping us, and saw employees playing on their phones. Went back through the drive thru and saw others getting their food. We got to the order box and were told again to wait. Waited another 5mins and left. Went across the street to McDonald's and had better service."

"This location was not a good experience. Initially, I was in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes without any advancement. I decided to park and go inside because there were only 3 people inside. The employees were extremely slow. One man was waiting on food the other two had just finished ordering. I was next, it took 10+minutes to come take my order. I waited over 20 minutes in the dining area before I went back to the counter to inquire about my order. It was not ready. I only ordered a kids nugget meal for my niece. Meanwhile, there was an employee that was laid out at one of the tables near the entrance with his head partially covered, sleeping. The manager was there and didn't seem to care about the long wait. She placed an out of order sign on the ice machine and went back behind the counter. Eventually, I got my food after waiting over 25 minutes and I left with my little niece. I will never go there again. It seems that all Wendy's are slow with an exception of the Harrisburg location."

"Wait time was slightly extensive- we went inside instead of waiting in drive through and there were several people in front of us (2-3 were picking up for Door Dash). The person directly in front of us came in off the street like me and hadn’t ordered but they took so long that he decided to order on the app! Once we ordered after at least 20 minutes, our food came out fairly quick- however my daughter ordered the cheese fries and they were warm at best so that was disappointing-should’ve been hot!"

"Took forever, got to Dave's doubles and both were raw. Manager refused to give refund"
