McDonald's

"A mcdouble no onion or pickle was ordered. The receipt confirmed that the order was understood. A MALICIOUS amount of onion was put on the burger. Both sides of the bun and on the cheese. So much so that the cheese was displaced and the burger was totally inedible. The fries were almost fried but not. Ate maybe half of them. The tea was delicious, but the cup was so full of ice that it was gone before I got out of the parking lot. Back to work. Thanks for "lunch"."

"The lady at the front counter was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff didn't read the details on the order and bring my wife's drink with no ice. They ended up getting her another one."

"Placed an order on McDonalds App for delivery. Only got 2 of the 4 items ordered. The app said if anything was wrong or missing, I should call the restaurant direct, so I did and asked for a manager and the lady that answered said she was a manager. I explained what happened and she it was not their fault because Doordash delivered it and I needed to call them. I said no, I ordered it through the McDonalds app, not Doordash and she said "so, it's their fault, not ours". I said no, I ordered it through the McDonalds app, and it said to call the restaurant f there is an issue and she replied nope, and hung up on me! I called back and the and a man answered, and I asked who the manager was, and he replied he was the General Manager. I explained what happened and he apologized and gave me the area manager’s number and email. I called and she was very upset that this happened and assured me she would find out who this person was, and appropriate actions would be taken. She was very nice about this. As far as the so-called manager I spoke with in the first call, I hope she gets what she deserves and is terminated!"

"Place order on remote station, did not get receipt. I forgot to order a small fries. Girl ask what I order, she said my order was not in system. Then she tried to ring the order again. I told her I had paid for order at remote station. She just stare at me. Then somebody hollered just ring up fries, I got his order. After that I got home, they had put the wrong stuff on my burger. So I had to take it back. I got poor service on my return trip. The trouble with this trip. This is not the first time this has happen. This is the second time this has happen in two days. If it happen a third time. I will start going somewhere else. VERY VERY dissatisfied"

"Went to get a few of the new Mc Crispy chicken sandwiches and was severally disappointed. The chicken was small, and very dry. Very bottom of the barrel feeling. Other McDonald's Ive gotten it from had good chicken on the sandwich but this location just doesnt do it right"
