"Store sold me luggage that was defective (unbeknownst to me). Luggage developed a sever crack after only one trip!! I attempted to return the item, and I was informed there was nothing they could do for me. I do not plan on shopping at this or any other Marshall's location until this issue has been resolved in full!!"

"The lady with braids in a ponytail at the front of the store (the manager) is very rude and has no customer service skills. She doesn’t need to be a manager and should be in the back of the store where she doesn’t interact with the customers. Terrible experience with her while returning items…. I thought another cashier had charged me for the wrong item earlier that day, but it was an innocent mistake on my end. The manager says very loudly in a condescending voice to all of the other employees, “She was wrong! Nobody scanned that item,” while rolling her eyes and having an attitude. Besides that, the other employees are extremely friendly and amazing. The store has a lot of great options for clothing and beauty."
