Sonic Drive-In

"Last time visiting this location. The wait is always long and my food is always terrible. If I wait anything past 5 mins for my food, I’m expecting hot fresh delicious food. But I get cold and nasty food. I went here today around 3-3:30pm after dropping off my niece at home from the express stop up the road. I just wanted a bite to eat. I usually get the large chili and cheese tater tot, the mozzarella sticks and a drink. The tots were cold and the cheese sticks taste like they redipped them in the grease. But the kicker was when I got ready to dip one of the cheese sticks in the marinara sauce, the sauce had some type of substance in it or something. (See photos) I went to the door and spoke with a manager. She was nice but it didn’t seem like she cared much. I was a new pack, it wasn’t punctured or anything. I opened it and that’s what was in the sauce. But this experience was it for me. I’m done with this one and the one in Gastonia."

"This is most stupidest and lazy sonic ever, we did an order ahead. Got there in the stall, waited for 23 minutes. Nothing, so we pushed the red button. They were messing around, on there phones, etc. And we didn’t even get our blast, they said the machine was down. Which it wasn’t because we saw them cleaning it, they didn’t closed for 2 hours. But they said to people in line and stalls they are closed. So we asked about our refund, they said call corporate because they were lazy as F. Don’t waste your time at that sonic, they should be all fired"

"Ordered online and waited at the kiosk for 30 mins. Ended up having to go through the drive through to finally get my food, which was of course cold by then. I would definitely avoid this Sonic unless you want to wait forever for your fast food. And for sure don't use the mobile order, it doesn't even work."

"I ordered onion rings this is what I got . My tea tasted like pine- sol. Y’all really need to do better. My son’s hamburger was so burnt and crunchy. So unacceptable sonic!"

"My last visit which I made a review about was not a good one! However my toddler begged for some Sonic today. Although we had a bad experience before I honored his request only to be very disappointed again. This store need some serious training and quality control assessments. Each visit we have a bad experience there’s not that many coincidences, either change this or shut it down. Waste of money each visit!"
