"On a trip from Augusta to Boon to stay in the mountains for snow and stopped here for lunch. Worst Jack in the box ever. The staff was rude and disrespectful. When we entered had one employee approach us and because we weren't ready said someone else will help you im going to make my food. Then the other employee messed up my order and gave me 2 juice boxes when I have 3 kids so had to spend another $2 for a juice. My wife requested tacos and they said they dont make them..... yet they are a menu item. Half the food took 10m and then my food and one of my kids took another 10m. I got the chicken club with only chicken, bacon and cheese and it was just chicken on bread. When I asked for another one they slapped a cold piece of cheese and old crusty bacon on it and handed it back to me. The chicken nuggets and tenders looked like they had been under the heat lamp all morning and were so dry they sucked the moisture out of my wife's mouth. The bathrooms were like a cheap gas station restroom, filthy and disgusting. And to top it off our food took 30m to complete, but another group of a different ethnicity entered and had their entire meal done within 5m while we still waited for our food to be complete. So add racist to the list. 10/10 would not recommend and if you're in the area looking for food this is not the place."

"Filthy beyond imagination, sticky af floor, filthy soda area, every table was dirty, I'll never go to another one again and this one was my first time. Every aspect was horrible. I would give negative stars if possible."

"As far as this chain goes, this location puts out consistently good food. My husband loves the tacos because he grew up on that. I don't care for them myself. We make a trip when I the area to this location."

"Let me first say we love Jack In The Box!!! We try to eat at one whenever we are near one. My biggest complaint isn’t with the food or service but apparently a policy (whether set by corporate or the store) that seems very excessive and may very well keep us from returning. I understand having to charge extra for sauces due to people over requesting and never using…..got it!!! But when I spend over $40 and only request 4 extra sauces (there are 4 of us), only to be told that they have to charge an extra $0.25 per sauce is excessive and ridiculous. It is unfortunate."

"(Long review) I went last night at 10PM traveling from GA. Everything around here closes really early.I picked the hotel across the street for this reason. Also, the restaurants that don’t close early. Are too busy to handle the rush. And when I got to JIB an automated voice said they were closed. Even though there’s a gigantic sign saying “drive through open 24hr”. If you ain’t got the staff don’t stick to the plano-gram. Went this morning. Breakfast was really good as well as service. We don’t get to have Jack in the box ever, so we had it for a late night snack. This restaurant need management and staff. I’m sure the current manager is working open to close most days. And with everything closing so early in this town: it should be easy to staff. Update: ordered the tiny tacos. They literally put lettuce on the tiny tacos and closed the box."
