"I really dislike the system that takes your order. It’s very awkward and makes for a weird experience, especially when all the workers are wearing headsets anyway. The system didn’t recognize when my order was complete so I just drove to the window. The worker at the window was very kind to re-take my order, however when I got home my order was completely wrong. I ordered a side of Mac and Cheese that I never received, and my wife’s combo was made incorrectly, missing the cole slaw that I substituted for the fries. I know she took my order correctly because the receipt was correct…I just didn’t receive what I paid for. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location. Makes me not want to try it again."

"I come here in the mornings, so I can’t speak on any other time, but they are great in the mornings. My truck is too big for the drive thru, but in this case, I’m glad. VERY nice people, always pleasant and if and when they mess up an order, there’s never any pushback. They fix it and thank you for coming. In 2024!? Great staff!! Especially the very sweet lady that takes the orders."

"I shouldn’t have to walk in and “beg for service”. Multiple workers standing around & light drive thru. I walked in and I had to ask if anybody was even working. If you don’t want to work then don’t. The disrespect will not be tolerated because your shift is about to end. Last time eating here."

"Sadly, this Bojangles is extremely disorganized. It has the potential of being so much better, but it appears to lack training and guidance. They only had one person working the front register, and she had no help. Not only was she taking orders, but she had to box the food as well as go in the back to make sandwiches. There was three people in drive-through, and no one offered to help her. It appeared she was doing the online orders as well as the lobby orders. It was nice to see that she actually put gloves on after handling money to make my sandwich but the sandwich was a disaster. I opened up the box and it look like mayonnaise exploded everywhere. Zero attention to detail and interest in producing a quality product. And when it comes to attention to detail. I ordered in addition to the sandwich a two piece supreme kids meal. She gave me a four piece supreme meal with an adult size beverage. Not that I am minding she gave me more than I paid for but that’s not a really good way to run a business."
