"We visited late this morning. No one greeted us when we walked in. We were ignored by every single worker for several minutes and were talking about leaving if we weren't going to be served. A young lady finally walked to the counter still not speaking to us. I haven't been treated this way in any restaurant in many years. When we were finally assisted a gentleman came up and was very helpful. The food was good quite tasty. My boberry biscuit was a bit old and hard but edible. Not sure we'd visit again. I have worked in customer service many years, so disappointing to see such poor manners and service. Friendliness is a necessary character trait when serving the public."
"I actually went through the drive-through. The young lady at the window was all smiles, quick, efficient, and so happy and helpful. She definitely provided great service with a smile. The food was great as usual.. it was fresh and hot as usual. Great service and wonderful food."
"Food was good. It has been times when they don't have chicken or certain parts of chicken. The dinning room is closed after breakfast which is an inconvenience. A bunch of kids in there playing too. Overall the service, food, and atmosphere is good most of the time!"
