"I am in Macy's now and even though there are lots of workers in the store, there is only 1 checkout with 1 employee actually at a register to make a purchase. So, if you wonder why store revenues are down its presume you can shop, but not actually purchase."
"I came here to buy luggage the other day and the transaction was so smooth! Gloria helped me and she was so kind and sweet. I really appreciated her smile and the small conversation we had. She did not rush me and complimented me several times. I know things can be stressful during the holidays with people working in retail, they may be tired or not as energized when dealing with the crowds but that was not the case when I came to Macys. "Macy's is back in my book! Was surprised of the stock of products since they had been lacking for a good while and stuffing their racks so much my arm would hurt to find stuff. Lol. But this time they were better stocked than their neighbor Dillard's both in the women's and men's department...hope they keep it up after the holidays"
"Gotta be honest, the menswear selection is sooo lacking. The selection is pretty boring and the store’s lighting is dull. But I give 4 star anyway because they have Toys R Us. It reminds me of my childhood and they have that baby raptor that I’ve been looking for all over - so that’s 4 star, I guess. The selection is bleh, but the associates are nice and helpful."
