"My daughter took her car into Pep Boys for an oil change as she has done in the past. Her brakes had a squeal, so we told her that she probably needed brake pads. After a technician there looked at her vehicle, she was told that it needed not only brake pads but also brake rotors and 2 new CV axels. She was quoted $2,000! We told her to not have any work done there. We took her car to an independent mechanic shop that we’ve used for years. That shop determined that the rotors were fine and there was nothing wrong with the CV axels. I’m guessing the technicians at Pep Boys get commissions on their repairs? Someone needs to shut this business down!"

"These guys are inept crooks. Don't bring your car here. There are better options! I brought my car in for diagnosis and they kept it for 5 weeks before telling me they had no idea. I got my car back with things missing from every nook and cranny. Move on, these guys are trash. T&E is way better."

"This location has great technicians and people but the customer service and the timelines for repairs provided by them were very far off. What have been often billed as “quick five minute procedures” can take hours to days to resolve. Whether it’s because they couldn’t source the part, or they weren’t given any heads up when the piece arrived, if you have plans to keep, do NOT come to this PepBoys location."

"very good customer service. Did service received excellent work. Too many visitors coming in too just visit that prolonged my stay because the attended forgot to let me know my car was ready because he was talking to a visitor not a customer. ."

"Never will I ever use the repair shop again. The commutation is absolutely terrible!!! My car has been sitting in this shop since Nov 22nd and they still don’t have my car ready!!! The manger nor the district manager has yet to call me in regards to anything!!! I’ve called corporate and they have yet to return any of my calls!!! They lied to the warranty company about when I dropped my car off. If I could give a -star I would they not even worth a 1 start!!!"
