"Went to return a defective skirt that has never been worn, and had a rip on the side. The manager said she wouldn’t take it back because it had been more than a week that it was purchased and it’s not their policy to accept merchandise after a week, even though it’s defective and a tailor said it could not be repaired. Most businesses thrive on customer service and to make sure that their customer is happy. NOT THIS PLACE. I do not recommend shopping here and I would spend my money elsewhere. The attitude of the store manager was dispassionate at best."
