"Disappointed to say the least. After purchasing a suit to wear in a bigger size during the postpartum period, I ended up not needing it (dropped the weight faster than I’d expected!). I attempted to return the suit several days outside the 30 day window (covid + newborn + 80+ hour a week healthcare job made it nearly impossible to get back to the store) and was met with rudeness and a general lack of understanding. You would think that after spending 1000s over the years with this brand the customer service would be better. Will not be returning!"

"Made in America! Material is outstanding and customer service is great. The dressing rooms are very spacious and the sales pressure is very low key. If something something doesn't fit, returns and exchanges are a breeze, no questions or hassle. They will also will locate any piece you like, but may not be in your size at the store."
