Wendy's 7920 Cambridge Commons Drive, Charlotte, NC 28215

"Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window to order my food. I ordered 2 frostys and was told the machine wasn’t working. That was fine I just continued my order, went to the window and waited 5 minutes to pay, after I paid I waited 10-15 more minutes for my food. Ordered a kids meal and received no toy with it, aside from that the food was half frozen still. I ordered regular nuggets and received a mix of half frozen 8 spicy and2 regular nuggets. The workers were sitting on their phones in the kitchen as I could see them at the drive thru window. I went to complain but no worker came back to the window."

"I did not eat here, but I was informed that there was no soap in the men's bathroom when it was used 4 days ago, and then again today. If "all employees must wash hands before returning to work," how is this to be accomplished for at least the past 4 days, if not longer? Obviously, the patrons haven't been able to. Even if they can wash their hands in the kitchen, this does bring up concerns about cross contamination."

"This is one of the worst Wendy’s locations. I placed a carry out order of spicy nuggets. But the restaurant entry doors were locked and no way to enter. I knocked the doors and the staff guy who is sitting inside didn’t care at all and responded very carelessly. Then I walked to drive thru door for my item and the staff at that window asked me to wait for my order. I couldn’t wait outside at the freezing temperature and picked up regular nuggets ( I actually ordered spicy nuggets)."

"I waited in line at the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. I ordered over 40.00 worth of food. All of the fries were cold, I didn't get bacon on my bacon cheese burger, and I ordered a diet Dr. Pepper and got a regular Coke instead, neither beverage had ice in the cups. No condiments were in the bag, and no napkins or straws were included. I pulled up to get out of the way of other customers, and I went inside to get condiments, straws, and napkins. I heard an employee ask, "Why is that white van still sitting there?" It's because I didn't get anything I asked for!!!! Absolute worst experience. I can say without a doubt. I won't go back there again."

"None of my food items were fresh! My order came up to $15 for a 6pc nugget, small fries, small frostie, a small fruit punch and one of the new grilled chicken ranch snack wrap ( which was HORRIBLE)! ALL of the fries were burnt and old and most looked like they had been bitten off of. The snack wrap was sloppily made. It was mostly thick chunks of lettuce, hardly no ranch and the chicken wasn't warm and there was also hardly any chicken. Definitely a WASTE of my money."
