"I went through the drive-through at 6:30 on a Monday night and they told me they were all out of soft tacos. I asked, is this Taco Bell? The girl working the drive-through said sorry sir we were out of tacos. What the heck is wrong with this place you have one job!"

"The staff was friendly. However we received half our order and we’re super disappointed. The taco we got was wrong and disintegrating. Looked like it had been sitting there (probably extra from the last order it was left off of). If I have food poisoning tomorrow I know exactly where to point my finger. Most of what I ordered was just completely missing. No side for my combo and cheese sauce with no chips. No wonder Taco Bell makes so much money, they only give out half of what the sell…"

"We have been placing multiple mobile orders to this taco bell for years, and never had a problem picking both or all up in the drive through. Tonight we placed two mobile orders and when we came up to the window and gave them the Names (each only consisted of one meal). They rudely told us to come inside, and that we could only pick up one order in the drive through. We then gave them one name, got the order and came right back around the drive through for the other order to be ready… no other cars in line. The intellect and service from the workers on tonight’s shift is clearly lacking, and this is why I recommend Cherry Road Taco Bell over this one every time."

"My taco and entire wrapper was COVERED in this orangey grease . It was all over my hands and the taco was soggy. It was nauseating & honestly smelled rancid. Couldn’t eat any of this."

"Just got home with food and soft shells have hardened edges, potato soft tacos have potatoes that are so hard they’re not edible, burrito tortilla is hardened on thicker folded side, I’m tired and it’s a 15 minute drive or I’d take it back. Waste of $$$"
