"Don't bother going! Store is a disaster clothing strung all over the racks. I am sure it's due to not enough employees. The quality of clothing that I managed to look at was fair. The toy aisle was difficult to go through the aisles are very close together and you can't get through if there is someone else standing there. Children's shoes were almost non-existent. The racks were pretty bare. To me and I have worked retail no one is doing any recovery or straighten the shelves merchandise. A store does not get this bad overnight."

"I have called twice this past week to try and complete a simple phone interview where I have yet to receive a call back as well as having an email be sent to me regarding me to "schedule" an interview that I already had rescheduled twice ... it's a shame how the potential candidate have to reach back out to even complete an interview but yet has not receive a call but you all are in desperate need of help!!!"

"The worst "business" you could ever visit. Corporate is MESSY, MISERABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! They will harass you, they will steal money from you, talk down on you like you're not worth anything and still expect you to work for scraps. Management is HORRIBLE. They obviously learned from their very unprofessional leaders at corporate. Sawada ' Christa ' Tyler 'Laura and whoever else are ALL LOW DOWN DIRTY PEOPLE. THEY STEAL YOUR PTO so they don't have to pay you out for all your hard work regardless of you putting in 2 weeks notice. You could get covid and still go to work they just don't want anyone to know or go get tested because it hurts productivity when their workers aren't there so they will not give you a chance to go get tested if you would like to.. People come in here and steal so much they harass the workers because they know they cannot do anything. They will possibly harm you or they just let them steal in peace. There's no need to make a commitment to this company. Do not work here. Don't have your kids apply here. REPORT TO THE BBB Because they do not need to be in business any longer for their unfair business practices."

"This Burlington is so horrible regarding the staff. Only 1 to 2 cashiers on the register. They can have up to 6 cashiers but it’s NEVER more then 2. It’s unfortunate because I LOVE my Burlington stores. Amazing clothing with great prices! But the staffing is horrible and unprofessional. The employees look as if they care less that the line is really this long. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS BURLINGTON located on South Blvd in Charlotte. Sincerely, Unsatisfied Customer!!"
