"So I made an online order. Purchased it with promise to delivery date Money taken out of my account. I never received the merchandise. I called the store they hung up on me. They were very rude. It took me over 3 weeks to get a refund. I went to a store location last week I made a purchase. They then told me after the fact I could not get it until today. That their store only does deliveries once a week on Thursdays. I asked if I could pick it up. I was told no. I waited the week. Nobody called me all I was told is that it would be delivered on the fourth early in the morning. I called the store after they opened. They couldn't even find me in their system. I was told I was not put on the books for the moving truck. That I would not be be put out today. I called corporate corporate told me that I would have my furniture between 11 and 3 at 430 I called corporate at 4:54 PM. I received a call telling me my things were in emotion. APM I still had nothing. And then I was called by a regional manager and told that I was being irate. Disrespectful and afraid to be delivered to and I would be refunded. The worst service I've ever received my life from anything. Absolutely disgusting and deplorable. And I called the Attorney General's office and complain about them."
"Told them to come get it two months ago. Still sitting in my house not working. It’s a fridge. I do not think they even care that it’s not working. They want me to keep it because it is a dump. I wish I could gave no stars."
"The communication at this location is terrible I placed an order online & my item was pending delivery I waited weeks to get an update online. When I finally got an update I saw that my Order was canceled & nobody called me to say nothing! I called the store & was told I would get a call back but nobody called me back, so I called again a few days later & finally got someone who informed me I would need to create a new lease & they were unable to accommodate the online deal so I had to make a payment since it was an “in-store” merchandise, I felt that was really inconvenient. We scheduled a delivery date for early morning & then I get a call the day of delivery from a girl who asked if she can reschedule me for noon but says my delivery will be at 5:30pm due to the store being short staff. At this point I’m so tempted to just cancel everything if they don’t show up today. This is ridiculous & this has been the worse experience I ever had to deal with from this location!"
"I was going through the reviews and saw that quite a few customers had the same experience as I have with the team. I ordered a product online and it said it would take 5-7 business days. A week had passed and I got no call so I called the store and the woman on the phone didn’t even ask for an order number or check anything. All she said was they receive truck on Fridays and I would receive a call from her manager. ANOTHER week had passed and still no call or delivery so I called again and she told me they haven’t even opened the boxes from truck and they would give me a call. Once again, did not even check my order. I really need my laptop and I’m getting real impatient with this. Corporate should really take a good look at their team. Update: the woman named Melissa was very helpful and actually got me scheduled for delivery. I don’t remember the name of the other woman but I was very frustrated with her. I’m glad that I had got Melissa on the phone today."
"I’ve been an Aaron’s customer previously in another state, so my information is already in the system. I submitted an order 12/30/22, I immediately got a phone call from an employee she left me a voicemail and once I saw the missed call I immediately called back. I asked for the woman who had just left the voicemail but a guy assisted me instead and told me that he’d be sending me an email for me to complete an in store application, as if I didn’t already do an application online. However, I completed the application anyway, that all happened on the 30th of December. Per the website it said my order was “Pending Delivery” but nothing more, I never received a follow up call or email. I decided to call them yesterday and the guy who previously answered the phone the last time I called said that my order was canceled because I never brought in my SS card or my ID. When was anyone going to call and tell me that’s what needed to be done? Then he said they needed that information because I must’ve put my info in incorrectly as something with my information didn’t match. “How, I’m already in the system”, I asked. He says maybe you got married and put the old info in or something changed…”what?”. My biggest issue is I had to call them to get an update and then to be told my order was canceled due to not bringing in my ID when I never received a follow up call to instruct me on doing so. Definitely, different energy and not as professional as my first experience in Maryland. I think I’ll pass."
