"The staff is plain rude. I got something off the locker and one of the employees took out it got me and took to keep it at the counter as thats their policy. I took my time and shopped for some 2 hours or so and when I went to the counter to get the bill done and asked for my kept product, they couldnt find it and said they put it back and then nobody helped and they told me to go look for it myself while they take the next customer. Upon not being able to find it , i asked for help and this older male employee said sorry we are closed. WHAT? And then one of their employees found it near the shoe section. Upon asking why they kept it back, the same old guy said oh we dont want everything to pile up on our heads. EXTREMELY ARROGANT, NOT EXPECTED AND UNCALLED FOR!!"
"You get the full Trade Joes experience here. Only bad aspect is parking. Lot is a parking garage thats very small and congested."
