"The times that I have come here, 2/4 times the espresso machine has been "down" and I haven't been able to get the coffee that I wanted. I'm not going to this location again for a long time. I'll hope that maybe they get it together because this is the most convenient location for me. I'm guessing it's because a manager or the local district manager doesn't want to spend the money to fix the machine. You're losing customers this way, figure it out."
