"Batteries Plus is a great place to go when you need help with your son's broken phone. My son's iPhone port was damaged. He couldn't charge his phone, nor get the broken piece out of his port. It felt like a lost cause. We decided to try Batteries Plus and wow! They were absolutely fantastic! They fixed the phone is just a few minutes. We didn't have to wait long at all. The prices are very reasonable here at this location. The staff there are very friendly, professional, and helpful. There was a young man and a young lady there that helped us. I think her name was Maggie, or Mattie, I wish I could remember her name. (So sorry! ) She was wonderful to us! I will definitely be recommending this business to others! Thank you again!!"

"Ordered car key fob online with required programming cost. Went to pick up key fob and have it programmed. 75 minutes later it still wasn't programmed and no employee could or would get it done. I spent 40 minutes driving and got nothing except a refund for the key fob since they couldn't program it..."

I had called 5 other stores as well to compare pricing but was told it would take 3-5 business days; and that was just the ones that even bothered to answer. Extra points to them for being very accommodating to 2 fairly talkative and inquisitive children while we waited in store."

It turns out the charging port was loose, and they fixed that for free. The price for the work performed was less than I expected, and the people were friendly, I am a satisfied customer."
