"Host ANYIA is the best! Anyia was so kind helping us pick out food from the menu and made spot-on suggestions. In addition to her exceptional service, she gave us EXTRA boneless wings because the portion of my wings looked small(ish). Thank you so much Anyia, she went above and beyond."

"I just want to say absolutely completely unprofessional rude Customer Service I do not know if this girl Brittany is a supervisor or just a regular employee, but whatever the hell she is, she needs to be fired or she needs to be retrained because the way she talks to not only customers but her fellow coworkers is unacceptable. The girl has an attitude problem and was just completely rude. Could not even enjoy my food without having to hear her talk the way she talks to people I love eating at this place. The food is great whoever the cook is, my hat is off to them, but Management I hope you’re aware that this employee needs to be checked or fired."

"My food was cold. I returned it n then it was returned to me. The chicken was heated up but rest of meal was still cold. The garlic bread was a single piece of bread that was crunchy on one side. It appeared to have been sitting around. It tasted as such, also. I tried the mac n cheese and coleslaw. They both tasted n look store bought. The cayenne pepper sauce n spicy bbq sauce were tasty."

"I like to find great places to feed my filming crew so I decided to try Shane's Rib Shack before taking them there. The ribs were dry, tough, and rubbery! The staff acted as though they didn't even want us there! So I will feed my crew elsewhere!"

"Food is usually pretty good. We usually do online orders then pick it up because this location tends to take a while. Not a quick drop in, order and go type of place."
