"I have never had an issue here, so maybe an off day. Ordered on my way home from work this evening. Lil Cheeseburger, lettuce, grilled onions, mayo. I took two bites, and on the second bite noticed my burger was not cooked all the way through. Highly disappointing, spent way too much money for a burger I can’t even eat!!!"

"Ordered online on a Friday night. Get to the store and am told they are OUT OF BREAD. Offered to substitute hotdogs or wraps, not why I chose the establishment. Long story short, I have to go back home to pick up the card I used in order to do a refund, I get back 20 minutes later, there are a couple dozen customers and now they have bread. I stand at the pickup counter for 10 minutes, thinking they knew i would be back very soon and my order should be ready. I go unacknowledged for 10 minutes while my order bag sits empty on the shelf. I go to the register to get my refund and am asked why no remake. Maybe because I ordered online to minimize my wait and now I’ve been in the waiting room two times and they clearly are going to make me wait for all the other orders before getting to mine. So I have many questions, 2 of the most pertinent are: 1) How’s does a high priced burger joint run out of buns on a Friday night? 2) I provide a contact number with my order so why didn’t one of the 8 people working contact me as soon as placed the order. Epic fail."

"Ordered 2 burgers and one fry through Door Dash. Cost almost $55.00. The pics on the DD site are far from what you get. Tomato was bad , one piece of bacon on a $15 burger. Soggy and gross. When you call the store you can’t even talk to anyone. Sorry Customer Service. First and last time. Update: after talking with someone at Five Guys they are blaming Door Dash. They had nothing to do with making the burgers. This company cares nothing about its customers and the leadership team was supposed to contact me 10 days ago. They don’t CARE. Spread this and stay away from this joke of a company."

"The food was great today, but fries were a tad bit to salty today. Normally, not like that! Tables needed to be wiped down, but they were a little busy today. They also offer outdoor seating that has a covered patio, so not directly in the sun if hot or for those people like me who don't like to be cold."

"Excellent burgers. Loved that this place had freestyle pop! Also had delicious unsweetened iced tea. The restroom was clean. This is the largest 5 guys that I've ever been to!"
