"I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE. Never going to Subway ever again. Their prices are ridiculous for the quality of the food you get. If I'm gonna spend 13$ on a sub I'm going to Firehouse. Subway is bottom tier. I got the Club on a Sub and it was absolutely delicious. Their Mac & cheese is to die for and their side salads are wonderful. Definitely go to Firehouse and drop Subway."

"I got the small hero combo with cup chili & side of Mac. Didn't get my chili. But they'll let me pick it up fri. This small cup of Mac is not worth $4.15! What is this half a cup???? I could see it being filled for 4.15 but not no half cup!!!!!"

"It hurts me to say this, but my sub had enough mayonnaise on it to fill up your swimming pool. Not how I ordered it!!!! There was no meat hardly on it at all (HOOK & LADDER med.) A single White Castle burger has more meat on it than this sub. That was an epic Fail!!! My first time at this location . The good news is they won't get any more bad reviews from me. Because I will not go back in there. Ever,,,,,, The parking lot is a nightmare too..... on the + side The employees all had smiles on their face and good attitudes though!!!! At least the ones that were allowed to interact with the customers"

"We are a family of six and have ordered subs from here several times. The subs are big and good quality. They have a nice variety of subs to choose from, or you can create your own. We just ordered our subs online this time, and it was much easier. Usually, with a big order and all of the specific requests for each sub, we have difficulty getting our order placed properly by the cashier. Online, we are able to make sure what we want or don't want on the sub is accurate. They are usually pretty quick, even when waiting. Our online order was ready when we arrived. Good solid go-to place when you want subs."
