"Was given this tiny piece of chicken yesterday in the drive thru when I asked for replacement the old man in the black crew shirt snatched it from me and asked me to pull down and wait. I immediately parked and went inside. Only to find the white guy in the back packaging order with his bare hands grabbing chicken and other foods JUST NASTY! I immediately asked for a refund and said what I say! I had to take a picture of the receipt because the man from the drive thru said he didn’t have one to give me for the refund and that he would “get on them” about the bare hands! I will NEVER return back"

"Teresa always is the best! So friendly and great customer service. I rated the service a one not because of her at all! I normally order an egg platter with my eggs scrambled soft with cheese and it has never been a problem. This time.. I am not sure how to spell her name but I believe it is Kye... She refused to cook them that way and said she could not cooked them that way. When I asked why her reply was it will mess her grill up. Like it is a big deal to just clean the grill which is something I assume should be done anyway. I expressed that this is the way I always get them cooked and it has never been a problem and she still refused and just seemed to have an attitude. This location normally has the best customer service and food so I was very disappointed. On the other hand Teresa needs a promotion!"
