Starbucks

"I came 5 pm on a saturday 10/21 there was a paper sign saying they’re out of teas and coffee. The person on register was on the phone while taking my order I couldn’t even place because apparently a starbucks can be out of teas and coffee so what was the point of being open?"

"Guy that took the order was nice. But my drink that I get twice a day at different locations was not correct. Usually can taste the espresso and see the color differences every day. First photo is what I got from here, others are what I get ordering the same thing at other locations."

"I had visited this store to buy Teavana Cloud & Mist Green Tea Packets and I paid for it(20paclets). The employee then noticed, they didn’t have those in stock & she made a note on a piece of paper. She asked me to comein the next day & she was not there. I don’t have a proof of it either. I had asked the customer service of Harris Teeter & there was no response from them even. Its not about the money, its about the service they offered which was irresponsible & not as standards."

"There was a line because there was only one experienced person. We asked for a breakfast bun to be cut in two. We were told they had no knives. She dropped a plastic knife into our bag & we had to go to the one table there & try to halve it. Not fun attacking it with a blunt instrument. They were also unable to fix one coffee we ordered because they were out of something. Just overall a big hassle & disappointment since we were traveling & had gone out of our way to find a Starbucks."

"The manager is rude! Her attitude was disgusting. I try to avoid this Starbucks but my work is right near it so once in a while I would go back. Thank goodness I haven't bump into her again or I would walk right back out. Today I went and Shianna, an employee was working. She was the sweetest and very friendly. She had great customer service and I appreciate her being patient with me!"
