"Good cheesy chicken roasted pepper wrap. The cashier/order taker is the reason I return there Sunday after Sunday; as is the "cook". Very pleasant."

"Entered late morning for coffee and hash browns bites on a Friday morning. Immediately the atmosphere was tense. Apparently the guy at the register kept causing errors while inputting causing the line prep to duplicate orders, so all orders were taken on the kiosk at that point. Staff kept telling him to stop taking orders as it was messing them up and he became overly defensive. Shift manager on drinks, trying to keep everything running, some kid with ipods in his ears taking 30 minutes to prep four hash browns, dude with attitude at front saying he won't go home because he's on the schedule. It took literally 30 minutes to get four drinks and four hash browns. Guy at the front should have taken a break instead of taken offense at his co-workers trying to keep up with orders. Some retraining would be in order. Not sure that I should call him out by name, but I imagine management knows who I'm talking about. Probably won't place an order if I come in again and see him up front."

"One of my favorite locations for their quick service . The cashier there was the only one in five months of being in Charlotte who understood what light and sweet coffee entails. Five stars alone for that. It’s never really crowded and lots of parking."
