"Every time I go through this drive through the person working is always rude and messes up my order without fail BUT tonight the lady who waited on me was sooo nice and made sure I had everything I needed I wish I got her name but it was at 9:30 tonight she deserves a raise and I will definitely keep going back if she’s working"
"Been through here 3-4 times, the only thing they consistently have is a bad attitude. Even when they do get my orders correct, either the cheese has clearly been cooked twice or there is a single paper thin slice of onion. I will do everything in my power to avoid returning here."
"Looks dirty. From staff to place. Cold fries, cold hamburger. Staff is not attentive at all. One is sitting down, the other sleeping at the near tables. Had to wait for the cashier staff to wake up and to take our order. It's too bad. It's such a great neighborhood with this restaurant, so runned down."
"Always the slowest spot in town, order is usually wrong and food is luke warm at best. They left their speaker on in the drive through and I could hear them talking about the orders being out of order. 5 min drive through turns into 20."
"Ordered them on DoorDash. Their ice cream machine is always magically broken. Also, instead of giving me baconater fries they just threw regular fries into the baconater fries container. They are lazy and don’t care about their customers. My dasher said they do this EVERY NIGHT. Just go to Cookout."
