"12/17/23 at 3:36pm, this Bojangles served my son a chicken sandwich at the drive thru. He took a bite and immediately spit it out- the chicken was raw in the middle. I’ve never seen anything like this before today. Clearly unsafe. We let the manager know and got an apology and a refund, which was considerate. We did still feel compelled to let others know what happened and follow up with management tomorrow Monday. It is one thing for this kind of thing to happen to me personally, just forgive and move on. People make mistakes. But when it happens to your child, it is a different story. Thanks for reading."
"Hands down the best Bojangles in New Hanover county when compared to Carolina Beach Rd or Monkey Junction or Market St. Staff here is always polite. Restaurant is always clean. Food is hot. Don't complain when you order A food service to deliver it to you. Who knows what kind of traffic or even if they care about getting your food to you hot. This store should be a training store for this area if they have one. I come to this store if I'm getting Bojangles because of better service and food. It's worth going out of your way. Great job management and staff."
