"Ordered Jr Bacon Cheese Buger meal.The fries were freshly dropped and good and hot. The burger meat was lukewarm and the bun was just pulled and not warmed at all. The staff needs a better understanding of hot and ready."

"Hands down the most lack-luster Wendy’s chain one could choose to visit in Wilmington… at least in the evenings or on the weekends. The staff are always crabby, you sit in the drive through waiting in absolute silence to order, just to be told “you need to wait, I’m not ready to take your order.” Really? Some general acknowledgement would be appropriate when one arrives at the drive through ordering menu. Just a “Hi, one moment please” would suffice, but then again, that would take a higher level of effort. Too many bad experiences here to ever justify returning. Thankfully we have no shortage of fast food dining options in Wilmington."

"A quick stop for lunch while shopping. I was surprised at how good the classic chicken sandwich was. The staff were friendly and courteous. The place was clean and not crowded."

"Very inconsistent location. Sometimes it's a reasonable speed, efficient, friendly and food is correct, sometimes it's the opposite. My most recent body was not a good one. They gave me a burger when I ordered a chicken sandwich, I was 3rd in the line and I sat for just under 30 minutes, only to have to circle back into the drive through to get my meal corrected."

"The staff was nice however we were missing items from our order. Always check your bag before driving off. I was in too much of a hurry after long wait. I called and had to drive all the way back and wait again. They apologized and gave me double what I was missing. My daughter was happy for the drive but not missing her food."
