"Poor customer service, my last 2 visits. At the register and nobody took my order. I used the kiosk because they looked busy. Then someone started taking and fulfilling orders without fulfilling my order. So I pointed out I placed an order. So the cashier takes another order and then fulfills mine. Things like this never happened at Krispy Kreme."
