"Rude and hostile employee! Young girl, her name is Ashera or Dshara. Avoid her at all cost! Seems like other people have expressed their concern about her previously yet management does not seem to take measures."

"I approached the register and there were 3 workers crouched down, all of them on their phones (2 women and a young man). One young woman looked at me and took my order, but proceeded to punch my order into the system without even standing up (no biggie, I thought). I asked for a Grande White Chocolate Mocha, oat milk, no whip, on ice. Watched the young man eventually walk over to the espresso machine, pour a big cup of 2% milk, make the drink, pour the HOT drink into a cup, and then look at me and ask if I wanted whip… I just took the drink and left at that point. I usually tip, but definitely won’t be tipping here. Triple check your drink before you leave and make sure to watch what they are doing - you’ll probably get the wrong drink."

"I'm not sure if management is aware, there is the rudest young barista there, I believe her name is A'shara. She is always on her phone and if you slightly customize your order she rolls her eyes and gives attitude. The other day she made me a hot drink instead of iced and when I said, I wanted iced she mumbles to herself so I can hear " be nice, be nice, God help me deal with these people today"...Jerry is so sweet, it's a joy just to say hello but her... lately if she's working in the morning I just pass without ordering. She is so unpleasant that is the last thing I need in the morning."
