"I was at Levine Cancer Institute for business for 3 days in June and went to this kiosk every day. I either got an iced latte or I got lunch. In the mornings, the line was pretty long, but when I went over there to grab something to eat at noon, it was maybe a 5 minute wait. The food and drinks tasted as good as at any Starbucks. The staff is pretty friendly and pretty efficient. They have a few tables and chairs for you to sit there. Or you can go around the corner and sit in front of Caribou Coffee in Levine Cancer Institute."

"This location is buried in the hospital so I don't expect the atmosphere to be good. That said, the service is outstanding! It's a small space with basically a full store staff and they are amazing. Quick, accurate, and kind. My only request is open on the weekends for those visiting in the hospital."
