"We used to go here once a week, but the last time we went, we ordered on the kiosk and waited and waited. Over 30mins for our food to be ready. While we waited, the staff was messing around, laughing, cursing loudly and the whole dining room was full of smoke. We spent $60 on this food and when we got it home, it was all old and slapped together. I get that it's Taco Bell and not a Michelin star restaurant, but the staff should take some pride in their work. Definitely gone down hill since this new crew started working there. We won't be back to that location. We'll go to the one that's further away from us."

"A rarely write reviews but just had to say I wish I had the name of the woman working the drive thru on 1/26 around 7pm. She was incredibly kind and even though I had to wait a few minutes she checked everything to make sure my order was correct. It’s rare to have such great service like that in fast food. So kudos to her for going above and beyond. She honestly made my night a little better."
