"I have went to this arbys twice when in Wilmington and both times the food was not good at all. Both times the meat was cold and dried out on the brisket sandwich like it had been sitting out for hours. The coke tasted like pure syrup both times. The second time I came they had me wait for fresh fries but when I got them half of the box was fresh and the other half old and not warm even the slightest. For a 14.00 meal I would expect at least semi decent food. Will not return."

"Worst experience for fast food ever. $10 for 3 chicken tenders and the same amount of fries. Waiting 15 minutes AFTER paying at the drive thru. Do NOT go here!!!!"

"Not sure if it's a lack of urgency being next to a Chic fil'A, but on the one day said restaurant is closed, Arby's just has no agency. On top of that, check your drink since mine is nothing but carbonation. That is a sign maintenance is not up to code."

"Best made Super Roast Beef sandwiches. I've been ordering super roast beef sandwiches since the 70s and the quality of the sandwiches vary over the years and at the different locations. The sandwiches I received at this location that I ordered late at night were perfectly made -- the right size, the right amount of beef and condiments, and fresh."

"I really appreciate the manager at this location. Stephen. For having patience and professionalism and being so pleasant in the middle of their lunch hours placing my very large order. I can't imagine the fast food industry being easy and wanted to let Arby's know what a great manager they have ."
