"I asked in store if a drink has caffeine because I’m pregnant and was told no. I looked it up online after I got home and apparently the oat milk gingerbread latte has 70 mg of caffeine. You can’t give incorrect health information to pregnant women."

"My caramel crunch literally taste like soap. How does a basic signature drink ruined. Wait time outrageous unable to wait for them to remake the drink!"

"I ordered a toffee nut iced coffee with oatmilk instead of regular cream. As you know, starbucks is STILL up charging for non dairy milks. And I would like my coffee to be treated the same, so when they placed a dark brown coffee on the table, I asked for some more oat milk. Well, the girl behind the counter gave me the dirtiest look and then proceeded to add one whole drop of oat milk so my coffee was still very dark. I wish I had taken a picture. I was so irritated at this lack of service and the pain that occurred when she had to DO HER JOB. I generally buy a coffee everyday at lunch, but honestly, this is the last starbucks I will choose from now on."

"I think the manager should tell their staff know about customer service. I ordered a caramel macchiato ( Venti size)this morning . The lady made my coffee didn’t make the drink full and she didn’t clean the caramel drizzles out side my drink because she made it all the way out to my cup. This never happen to me before when I buy Starbuck . If you make it dirty how can I hold it it’s already stick in my hand."
