"We ordered take out and thought we were getting chow mein noodles which turned out to be not that. There was know communication by the staff as to what they could do to make the order right. We googled what was supposed to be chow mein noodles and compared it to what was stated on their menu. There was no mention of how they could accommodate us to get us to what we ordered. I won’t be back."

"Why does your food have to be hit or miss? Years ago, this was the place to eat. The last four years have not been the case. I should not have to worry if my food will not be burnt when I arrive. I ordered egg foo young and it was burnt. I called to tell them and they said would you like fried rice? No, even that sucks. I can make this better at home but it would be nice to get take out once in a while."

"Food is trash. Sweet and sour sauce tastes like plastic. Chicken wasn't cooked properly and it was mostly breading. Vegetable chow mein was mostly veggies and the fried noodles you use to dip in soups, not the actual noodles your suppose to get in chow mein. Fried rice tasted old. Definitely do not recommend."

"Ordered the Egg Drop Soup, chicken lo mein and steamed dumplings for lunch to share with my mom. Have ordered from Lotus Cafe before never had any problems before and haven’t since. Awesome job Lotus"

"Ordered dinner here for the first time and was really impressed. The house special lomein was super tasty and lots of shrimp, chicken and beef. I also ordered the chicken and beef vegetable dinner and it was excellent! With this order, I ate 4 separate meals - talk about a great value! I’ll be back soon. Also - very impressed with the order process and how quickly my food was ready! Five stars."
