"Went for a refrigerator. Found what I wanted. I asked the lady for help getting it to the front of the store for payment and then to my truck she said this is a do it yourself store. Like wth. I spend hundreds of dollars and you say that to me with an attitude... another really nice employee over heard us and offered to help. He went and got a lift hand cart and helped me completely along with another employee he asked to help at the front of the store. Meantime the lady in that department just keep complaining about he went and got the wrong cart. Whelp his cart was perfect. I'm still shocked she said this is a do it yourself store."

"The Home Depot is my very favorite place to shop! It is always so easy to figure out what I need for a project and come here to pick up supplies. The staff is knowledgeable and I've never had an issue with finding somebody to assist"

"Today I went to get a new power saw and was unable to get someone to help me. The store associate was busy with someone in tools and I went to another associate and ask for help. They made a page for help and still no one came. Then the tool area associate left and still no help. I'm in the middle of a remodel project and this is the second time the tool department has been extremely slow. I will not be back to this Home Depot. There are lots of other choices available By the way I left the store without the new power saw."

"Twice on the same day, in two different cases, I had to go up an isle and back down to get around a lift. I request one to be moved and the 2nd lift sat in the middle of the main isle for at least 30 minutes before i left. I'm stunned that this is a safety issue and none of the employees made an attempt to move it. Shouldn't this be part of safety training? Should the employees instinctively know not to block the main aisle and to park in a safe area? It's frustrating when pushing a dolly full of lumber and you're blocked with no employees near."
