Major operational problems. 3 times now - Ordering a simple coffee with cream ON THE APP IN ADVANCE and it’s taking 15 to 18 minutes, at least 10 minutes beyond the time when it says the order is ready. The staff don’t seem to care, and the new coffee system is making it so unreliable that I’m going to avoid it from now on."
