I waited in line for 18 minutes and ordered a BLONDE coffee with cinnamon power and got PIKE instead without them even saying anything about it on 1/6/24, 12/29/23, 11/27/23, and 11/13/23. I can’t drink PIKE so thank you for taking my money & giving me the wrong drink again :)"

"Hands down the worst Starbucks. I’ve had to send me order back multiple times and they still make it incorrectly. I’ve watched others do the same so it’s not just me. I always get a vanilla latte and you can barely taste the vanilla and the coffee is mainly milk. Moving forward, I will drive an extra mile to grab coffee from a different Starbucks."

"Hello, I am avid starbucks drinker and frequently order matcha. I ordered a matcha tea latte and the barista first made it with oat milk. I am allergic to oat milk. I expressed my concern, however she was pressuring me to accept the drink. I then politely asked if she could remake the drink. The drink she gave me after was extremely bad. She didn’t put regular milk and added far too much sweetener. I was very disappointed. I have come to this location many times, and every time I come they seem to make my order incorrectly."
