"Purchased nonstick skillet set for almost 200$ little over a year ago. The quality seemed good but the store personnel sold me with the lifetime warranty. The coating is coming off the rim and scratches on cooking surface degrade the nonstick properties. Their customer service refused my claim and referred me to their LIMITED WARRANTY AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS. These pans have always been handwashed and never in contact with metal utensils. Their store personnel are deceptive and their warranty is bunk."

"I purchased a pot as a birthday gift here. We then tried to exchange the brand new unused pot for another color and we were told that they couldn't accept pots that had been used. Somehow we had used a pot that had 2 stickers and a tag on it that was CLEARLY brand new. Is this what we should expect for spending $400 on a pot? After fighting with them tooth and nail we eventually got them to exchange it. I will never be buying one of these overpriced pots for myself considering all that comes with it is unacceptably rude customer service."
