"Update Dec. 2023 - After a disappointing fall 2022, I decided to try this location again earlier this fall. The management has really turned it around. I'm updating to 5 stars after having excellent service over the past 2+ months (even to the point of going to this location multiple times a week because I know that I will be in and out quickly and continue on my morning commute). No mistakes on any of my orders, consistently ready when I arrive (mobile order), and a good morning or acknowledgement when I pick up and say thank you. Great job on the improvements! Original Review Nov. 2022 - Don’t go here if you want all of your food/ drinks or have anywhere to be. I have been 3 times over the past couple of months and have either waited 30+ minutes or left without getting my entire order."

"Enjoyed my visit today, as I was hesitant to come in to this location due to my pervious experience 6 months ago. Can I say WOW! The total atmosphere walking in was completely different. I was greeted as I walked in, the staff were egar to please, my food and drinks were delicious. Well ran Dunkin! I look forward to future visits to this specific location."

"I just wanna know why it took those girls 20 minutes to make my coffee when there was only one other person in there. Online orders were walking in and nothing was made either. My coffee was handed to me and wasn’t even mixed. Thick Chocolate syrup layer at the bottom of my cup."
