Einstein Bros. Bagels

"My boyfriend & I went in there the other morning to grab a bagel and hashbrown before work. We ordered online to assure that it could be ready when we got there cause we were already short on time. When we got there the line was basically almost out of the door, it was absolutely packed. (Which is a good sign don’t get me wrong) but we were thankful we had ordered ahead. This was our first time at Einsteins so my boyfriend asked the cashier do we wait right there by the register for them to call our name and the cashier who seemed lethargic told us yes. We continued to stand there and wait for 35 minutes, watching door dashers leave because they were waiting so long for the orders…finally someone said something to us and told us that we were supposed to pick up our order down at the end of the counter. So there our food sat. Freezing cold. And we were late for work. The food seemed like it would have been great if it were hot! Disappointing. Wish this location could get their stuff together."

"Food was great, the latte I ordered was tasty, and the atmosphere was wonderful! Felt like being in a major city and experiencing some good bagels. Though, the service would have gotten 5 stars but the cashier on the day I visited this location just was not 100% present, seemed a bit out of it. Mumbled and such with my order but maybe another time I’ll receive the 5 star service. The wait time was short and I’ll love to have another delicious bagel."

"This location is near my work, and even when it's swamped, I still feel like the line moves fast and I get to work on time. I feel the staff gives great hospitality. The morning crew seem great! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is available in its own lot in the back of the building. And there are 3 entrances/exits, 2 on south Blvd and one on Rensselaer. There are 2 handicap/wheelchair parking spots under the awning in the front. Indoor and outdoor seating is available."

"Good bagel and coffee! I had the All Nighter with swiss cheese. Felt there should be more ingredients for a more filling bagel to be called an all nighter, but it wastn bad. Just the wrong name for it. ;)"

"I had the farmhouse bagel and it was amazing! The cheese bagel itself was soft and tasty and I loved the addition of the smear on the farmhouse. I also loved the cheesy hashbrown. Service was fairly quick and parking was a breeze. The only con was the dining room and drink area seemed like it needed more regular cleaning which i am sure has to do with being short staffed like everywhere else. We took our food to go but had we had time I would have been fine sitting on the patio."
