"I haven't, to date, been able to successfully buy a part from any O'Reilly's after literally dozens of attempts. I don't know how these places are still in business. I drove all the way out to N Tryon to buy a specific part that was verified to be "in stock". Nope, "ain't got it". But we can order it. Anyone can order what's not in stock. The reason I went there is because you told me you had it. I've even had parts ordered and they immediately sent it back because I didn't come get it the next day, when they told me they would call when it came in. Sent a power steering box back after 24 hrs (which is quite heavy to ship) TWICE!!! Poorly managed stores. Employees moving at 1/4 speed, wrong orders, defective parts, broken parts,... you name it. I've bought it all from O'Reilly Auto! It's just silly to try and purchase from them anymore."
