"I was hoping that this was like the DC Nordstrom Cafe, but it's a bistro. It's definitely different, as is the menu. I got the Santa Fe Chicken Panni. It was lack-luster at best. It wasn't pressed. It's a dry sandwich placed on a grill with over cooked rubbery chicken that was cold. There was seasoning ( I could see it but not taste it). The bread is a thin sliced sandwich bread. I was underwhelmed. The food wasn't great nor was the service. It's a cute tucked location on the 2nd floor. There was an issue with a patrons' salmon, and he had to come 2x to fix it. The manager on duty wasn't very accommodating. I was shocked as he had cereal palsy and had to walk in twice. I was baffled"

"I went in expecting nothing more than Panera but it was much worse. I had the turkey club. The bread was so stale and sharp my mouth was destroyed for days. The chips were 100% bbq lays. The french dip was like someone went to make a a steak sub and remembered last minute then put sink water in a bowl as a dip. All that with 2 waters and it was $40."

"First of All, Ladies who are serving always welcoming you with the best smile and very friendly ,attentive Sometimes long line Don't give up. Worth waits Excellent service!! You will remember this restaurant by their service and make you come back again and again Even I don't have anything to shop at Norstrom ,( located on 2nd floor) I would drive 25mins to 30mins to have lunch or early dinner there. There are many good restaurants in Charlotte It's one of The Best restaurants Foods !! From Pizza ! Sandwiches ,Salad and dessert Our family and friends tried most of them,on Menu Every single dish- Amazing !! And monthly special too Surprisingly great ! Today We had -Penne Bolonese meat ball -Petite four ( steak )on Citrus Lime salad -Shrimp and Argulera with sweet corns Also They have good selection of wine * French pressed coffee Cream bulee and Red Velvet cup cake with light cream cheese icing Best cupcake ( I don't like cup cakes much but love it !! Please try!!"

"This place serves amazing food, from their soft cookies to their delicious pizzas and sandwiches. The Santa Fe chicken sandwich is soooo good! It’s panini pressed and has avocado, chicken and jack cheese melted on it. They don’t serve fries but their side salad and barbecue chips are so good! 10/10 experience with the food and employees"

"The place is nice. It was not crowded at 11am. I love the food there. Fresh, high quality. The coffee doesn't meet my expectations: not strong enough, warm, not hot. I appreciate their hard work. Only 2 waitress there."
