"Took daughters car in due to not starting. Guy checked battery and said it was bad. Bought a new battery but due to type of car and where the battery was located, they couldn’t put it in. Paid a mechanic to install new battery and brought the old battery back to AutoZone for core refund WHEN I noticed date on old battery 05/22 WHICH MEANS current battery is less than 2 years old. Same guy was helping me and I made a comment about the date so he checked it again. BATTERY GOOD at 85%! Very disappointed! $300 plus that my daughter really can’t afford!"

"Came there today to purchase a cabin filters on my car. When I called they said they can do it but when I got there he said he couldn't do it without manager approval. He then stated the manager told him he couldn't touch that filter in my car. The fact that they like to pick and choose what they will and won't do for certain people it's kind of mind bottling to me"

"I want to send a 5* shout out to Adam who replaced my passenger side headlight today. I'm 75 years old and unable to replace it myself. Adam was the most polite, eager to assist auto parts store employee I've EVER encountered, hands down. He acted like it was an honor to help me instead of like I was an inconvenienc. One day he needs to be a manager."

"As with all of parts houses staff is sometimes an issue but these were really great folks helpful and well informed. It is also an industry driven by pricing and sometimes they win and sometimes they lose as a shopper you just need to stay informed and do your homework."
