"One of my new favorite pizza places in the Charlotte area. Small business comfortable & intimate but casual feel. Food is tasty i ordered the pizza which was really good. Also ordered the chicken parm grinder which was good. They also serve wings & other sandwiches. Good choices a little something for everyone. little pricey but your eating at a restaurant so some prices are expected. Full bar & good t.v. views if you want to watch a game. Good place for meeting up with friends or date."

"Bisonte has the closest tasting pizza to Buffalo style you can find in Charlotte. When it's on point, it's on point. It's thick, cheesy, & very rich. The flavored crust they offer is a bonus. Unfortunately, there are occasionally times when the pizza is off. When it's off, it's really off & this tends to happen when it's busier. I've only done take out & never dined in, so I cannot provide on that experience. If you're looking for Buffalo style pizza, this is the best option in Charlotte."

"We've gotten Bisonte for a few years and it's always been our favorite in Charlotte. Recently got delivery and was very disappointed. Nothing like it used to be. Half the cheese, half the toppings, just as if not more expensive and basically just dough. Lesson learned. Hope they go back to the old quality."

"The pizza tasted just like buffalo pizza, and the wings and blue cheese were amazing. The only thing that bothered me was the number of people going in and out of the kitchen like it was a locker rm. The windows where the seating was dirty . Our waitress stayed gone way too long. We had to ask for her several times. The turkey sub was like a school lunch sub. Everything else was great. Just please clean the windows and control that kitchen. If it wasn't for my daughter telling me to give it a chance on appearance, I would have left . I came back and ordered takeout the next day. We came from Atlanta to visit, and I wanted to see if the pizza was really like buffalo, and it truly is authentic. The waitress said the cook is from Buffalo."

"This may be the easiest review I've done yet. I've been going here for 4 years now and I'm going to make this short and sweet. Best pizza in Charlotte period. Wings are fantastic! And the pasta..............See pic. That is after I ate half!"
