"This is my local Starbucks and I’ve got to give it to them. They are always providing great customer service. I’ve seen them work and they’re like the star team working together. Today i got me a drink that i didn’t like and i was hesitant to go back but i did and they were nice and polite towards me. Typically when this happens other places are rude. I’m grateful to each of the people that help me every time i stop by :)"

"We stopped by this afternoon for some coffee. We went inside - it wasn't very busy. We stood at the counter for 12-13 minutes before an employee decided to take our order. There were at least 5 people working but evidently not interested in serving anyone other than drive through. I was ready to walk out but my daughter wanted to get coffee. I rarely consume their grossly overpriced products - this is another reason to avoid a company with piss poor customer service."

"I visited this Starbucks visiting my daughter who is a student at UNCC. The service and food was great but the store was dirty inside and out. In general the university area as a whole is dirty. The floors in the store need to be cleaned and the outside is not what I expect visiting a Starbucks."

"Pretty much the only time I go to Starbucks is when I have a meeting with someone. Great WiFi connections, spacious table placement at this location so others are not bothered by our conversation, and clean facilities. Very busy drive-thru. While they didn't quite make my friend's coffee correctly, they did try. This location is quite acceptable for future meetings. They offer a nice selection of brunch-type fare."

"They were training new people but did a pretty good job. Wait time to order was 5mins, took another 5 to get the drink. I ordered in store. The drive through was simply slammed the whole time I was there- I would not have wanted to be in that line. Drink was fine once I got it. I think this place is maybe busier than they expected so likely going to get better to meet the demand."
