"I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! The staff is a complete joke. I have had to go in there three times as a third party delivery driver and it would take forever for them to acknowledge me let alone way too long to hand me the orders (which affected how much money I made). The past two times I was in there the phone rang NON STOP and the employees huffed and puffed and made comments whenever the phone would begin ringing but not a single one of them would go to answer it- EVEN IF THEY WERE RIGHT BESIDE IT! The appearance of the store was unkept and the appearance of the employees matched that. Aren’t they supposed to have uniforms or something or at least sneakers? They were in sweats and crocs. I am appalled and don’t care if it messes with my acceptance rating- I WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY PIZZA HUT ORDERS… LET ALONE ORDERING FROM HERE MYSELF!!! Every single one of them should be fired."

"The employees were impolite, slow, and upset to be working. They all sighed and complained when the phone rang. That low level work ethic will translate to low quality food. Just order from the next closest location it will be faster and better."

"Went to pick up an order as a 3rd party delivery driver. Went in and the place was dirty. A worker looked over and and saw me her eyes got big like she wasn’t expecting to see me there then she went and hid in the back for 15 minutes and no one acknowledged me."

"Where does one begin. I placed an order at 6:09PM for a Pizza of My choice. Shortly after placing the order on line, I noticed that there may be a mistake. I place a call to make sure the order us correct. I explain to the young lady what the internet was of my call. She very politely said please hold. So I did, hold that is. To see what the level of Customer Service is, I remained on hold. I had time to drive and pickup my order, mind you while playing the "On hold" loop, pick up my order, drive home AND still on hold. I am including a screenshot to show just how long I was on hold. Here is the clincher, while posting this review, I choose to let the call run, thinking someone would pick up. Do I need to share the outcome. 50 min, and still on hold. How on earth can one support local businesses with this level of service, or lack there of. NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR CONSEQUENCES."

"THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I showed up to pick up an online order at 4pm. The doors are locked, lights are off, the phones inside ring when you call and the order screen is full, but nobody is inside. It's also disgusting inside from what I can see through the windows, the trash is overflowing, equipment has heavy greasy splatters covered in dust, so this place had been closed a while."
